Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your Zwift account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  • 2.
    Package Your Gear

    Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Affix the Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects your returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
